What Is Simulation Training?
The ultra stage races take a massive toll on your body. The goal is to have a great day 1, wake up on day 2 feeling fresh to perform well on day 2. Then you want to wake up on the final day feeling ready to run! The best way to do this? Simulation weekends!
To prepare the body specifically to the rigours of stage racing. By swim/biking on a Friday, long ride Saturday and long run Sunday – you give your body every opportunity to adapt and perform over the ultra triathlon stage race format.
